Introductory Video Production

Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) engaged Plexxie to produce an introductory video for its Career Conversion Programme (CCP), an initiative that helps mid-career individuals transition into new industries and growth job roles through structured training and on-the-job learning opportunities. As Workforce Singapore’s programme partner, e2i plays a key role in supporting workforce transformation by helping employers reskill and hire talent while providing individuals with new career pathways and long-term progression opportunities.

The objective of the video was to simplify the programme’s value proposition and encourage greater participation among both jobseekers and employers. Plexxie was tasked with developing and producing a compelling explainer video that clearly communicated the benefits of the Career Conversion Programme, increased awareness of the initiative, and motivated eligible participants to take the next step towards career conversion and skills upgrading. Through strategic storytelling, motion graphics, and accessible messaging, the video was designed to transform a complex government programme into an engaging and easy-to-understand experience for its target audience.
