Marigold is one of Southeast Asia’s leading dairy and beverage companies, with a strong portfolio of household brands including HL Milk, Vitagen, and Peel Fresh. As an established market leader with high brand recognition, MARIGOLD’s focus was not solely on increasing awareness, but on strengthening engagement with its online community and fostering deeper relationships with consumers.
The brand sought to create more meaningful interactions with its audiences, improve brand loyalty, and encourage greater participation across its social media platforms. The objective was to develop engaging content and campaigns that would keep MARIGOLD top-of-mind while building a stronger and more active digital community.

Plexxie developed a community-focused social media strategy designed to increase audience participation, strengthen brand affinity, and improve overall engagement across Facebook and Instagram.

To maximise campaign performance, we planned and managed giveaway activations, interactive content initiatives, and influencer collaborations that encouraged audience participation while expanding the brand’s social reach. Paid social advertising campaigns were also implemented to amplify campaign visibility and maximise engagement outcomes.
