Michelin sought to establish a strong social media presence in Singapore and build meaningful connections with local motorists and automotive enthusiasts. While Michelin was already a globally recognised brand, it faced the challenge of creating a localised digital community that could effectively engage Singaporean consumers and strengthen brand affinity within the market.

To achieve this, Michelin Singapore required a strategic social media partner capable of developing content, managing communities, and executing campaigns that would generate awareness, engagement, and long-term audience growth.
